As CEO of Novus Business Advisors, Neal Goldman is on a mission to change the lives of executives.

Neal has enjoyed a highly successful 35+ year career as an entrepreneur running businesses that specialized in import/export distribution, Christmas decorations, as well as home décor. He is no stranger to the challenge of building businesses from the ground up. Neal also has experience running financial planning operations at Bloomingdale’s department stores and regulatory issues at Deutsche Bank. Neal has been blessed with the opportunity to step away from traditional job opportunities to pursue his entrepreneurial spirit and true passion of helping others to maximize their talents and gifts through business ownership. Neal has deep experience in business startups, turnarounds, product development, and corporate strategy. Now as CEO of Novus Business Advisors, he enjoys using his years of experience to assist senior executives in transition find that next great opportunity.
Neal graduated as a Trustees’ Academic Scholar with an MBA from Boston University. He enjoys spending time his free time with his wife, Shari, and their three daughters. He is also the Past President and Honorary Trustee of a non-profit organization.
